This page contains The Simple Mami’s terms & conditions. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any of our products. By placing your order, you are agreeing to these terms & conditions.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer exchanges for store credit on ring slings within 14 days of the order being placed. The ring sling must be unused and unwashed. The buyer is responsible for the costs incurred when shipping the item back. For hygienic reasons, our cloth diapering products are all final sale. It is the buyers responsibility to ask questions, look at pictures and read the description thoroughly before making a purchase. Please visit our Facebook Group if you would like to buy/sell/trade with other caregivers. If there is a manufacturer defect on your item please email hello@thesimplemami.com

CANCELLATION POLICY

We accept cancellations on orders that have not yet shipped.

SHIPPING

Your order will ship within 1-2 business days. Please allow more time (3-5 business days) during product launches, sales, or the holiday season. We are not responsible for mistyped addresses so please make sure all details are correct before placing your order. 

PAYMENT

The applicable price is the price set on the date you placed your order. Special sales or discount codes will not be applied retroactively. 

FABRIC DISCLAIMER

You may notice nubs and other cosmetic changes throughout the fabric of your sling. This is normal and occurs on fabrics woven with natural fibers. The unique texture adds to the beauty of your sling. Please also note that every single sling is hand made and may have small imperfections. These qualities do not affect the safety of your sling.

The Simple Mami name and logo are registered trademarks with the California Secretary of State's Office and therefore shall not be reused or reproduced in any way or manner.

The Simple Mami is not responsible for any injuries or death that may occur while using our products. Please watch all of our tutorials and follow all safety instructions. If you see any manufacturer defects please email us at hello@thesimplemami.com so that we can determine the safest course of action. The Simple Mami is compliant with the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) and the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM).
