The Cora Ball is a laundry ball that catches microfibers in the wash and helps protect against microfiber pollution.
What is microfiber pollution?
Fabrics shed tiny pieces of microfibers every time they are washed. If it’s a synthetic fabric it will also shed micro plastics. When the water drains, these microfibers and plastics end up in our public waterways and in the ocean. Micro plastics account for 11% of total ocean plastic pollution and 85% of all trash found on beaches.
How do I use the Cora Ball?
Just toss the Cora Ball into your washer to stop microfibers from flowing into our waterways. When you see lint-like fuzz that’s big enough to pick, simply pull it out and toss it in the trash.
